ADMIN POSITION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to become the new Administrator at Homespun.
Operating hours:
10:00 to 17:00
Monday- Saturday
Holidays:
July 4 weeks
Easter 4 days
Christmas and New Years 10 days
All public holidays
Salary: R7000- R10000 per month depending on experience
Area of responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Answering the phone
- Reservations (telephonic & online)
- Filing
- Responding to all emails
- Checking in stock
- Capturing invoices daily
- Processing supplier account payments
- Employee schedules
- Food & beverage monthly costing
- Processing salaries
- HR duties
- Book- keeping duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in admin position
- Organisation skills
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
- Guest oriented
- Reliable
- Fluent in English
