INTRODUCTION 

 

 

Our 5-Course fine dining take-away offering is plated up as we would in the restaurant and is delivered at room temperature with minimal reheating for you to enjoy at a time that is most convenient for you. 

 

 

Only one dish needs plating by you, and we have included a quick tutorial video for you to plate it like a pro. Every dish has clear instructions and has been tested to make sure that every home cook can heat it in their own kitchen to produce brilliant results with minimal effort.

Beef Tataki 

Crispy beef fillet with wasabi infused mayo, caramelised onion purée, onion tempura and pickled ginger

Crispy Gammon  

Smoked gammon with pecorino custard, smoked sweet potato purée, baby marrow emulsion, teryaki glazed baby carrots & pickled shimenji mushrooms

Chocolate Torte 

Valhrona dark chocolate torte with passionfruit ganache, cornflakes ice cream & molecular white chocolate
